Carded Radiographers - Level II RT Level I RT and RT Assistant

What you will do

• Prepare components for inspections, assist certified technicians, and document on-job training as RT Assistant.
• Perform RT examinations using NDT equipment, set up radiographic inspections, and ensure compliance with procedures and codes as Level I/II.
• Interface with clients and managers to define scope, priorities, and report results.
• Guide trainees, organize examination instructions, and participate in safety programs.
• Clean and maintain equipment, work independently or in teams on projects.

Requirements

• U.S. Persons only (citizens, permanent residents, refugees, or asylees per ITAR).
• IRRSP/State safety card required for all; 40 Hour Radiation Safety Course completed.
• RT Assistants: High School Diploma/GED, math/print reading skills, computer use for data entry.
• Level I/II: Documented education/training/experience in RT NDT, DR/CR X-ray knowledge, industrial environment familiarity.
• Valid driver’s license, clean record, pass drug screen; ability to lift 100 lbs, work in confined spaces/heights, around radiation/hazards, shifts up to 12 hrs/7 days, travel.

Nice to have

• Prior NDT classroom training or OJT for Assistants.
