TL;DR

Product Marketing Manager (AI): Developing major themes for target markets, supporting marketing plans for AI-powered investigative solutions and emerging AI product portfolio, creating buyer personas, building positioning and messaging, and managing content development with an accent on digital forensics and public sector. Focus on translating complex technical capabilities into clear customer value, differentiating products, and driving GTM initiatives from strategy through execution.

Remote position, but prefer US based candidates on the east coast. This position will have up to 25% travel.

What you will do

  • Create and execute product marketing plans, including campaign themes, target markets, industry landscape, and product releases.
  • Develop product messaging that differentiates new AI products and services.
  • Manage creation of content for buyer roles in formats like white papers, brochures, social media, web pages, and online events.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (product, sales, marketing, finance) to align GTM plans with organizational strategy.
  • Collaborate with external partners for effective plan execution.
  • Assist in sales enablement content like playbooks, battlecards, scripts, presentations, training modules, and demos.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years Product, Solution, or Channel Marketing experience in a Software/AI product environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
  • Public Sector (Law Enforcement) marketing, digital forensics, or similar industry expertise strongly desired

Nice to have

  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Collaborative, analytical, rational, creative, innovative, detail-oriented
  • Experience developing content strategies for pipeline generation, upsell, cross-sell, and account-based marketing
  • Understanding of digital forensics market
