What you will do

• Support and resolve user inquiries via email and chat in a professional manner.
• Review and approve player deposits and withdrawal requests.
• Monitor accounts for irregularities and conduct basic fraud and due diligence investigations.
• Capture user insights and trends to inform product, marketing, and operational enhancements.
• Provide technical assistance to fans regarding the mobile application.
• Collaborate across Customer Operations and Payments teams to ensure a best-in-class experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-focused role or 1+ years in Payments or Fraud.
• Knowledge of online gaming fraud, payments, and sportsbook tools.
• Experience with payment providers such as PayPal and card processing.
• Experience using customer support tools like Intercom.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays to support high-volume sports schedules.
• Must be based in Miami, Florida, or be willing to relocate.
