What you will do

• Partner with VPs and Chiefs of Staff to frame analytical problems and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, decision-support tools, and analytical models to optimize leadership operations.
• Deploy LLMs, generative AI, and automation tools to accelerate internal analysis and business processes.
• Identify performance tracking gaps and propose practical improvements across finance, operations, and product teams.
• Manage multi-week analytical initiatives from scoping through delivery, coordinating across functions.
• Mentor and review work from junior analysts and co-ops to raise the quality of organizational output.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or consulting with a track record of analytical delivery.
• Practical experience building and deploying solutions with LLMs and generative AI.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for direct data manipulation and scalable solution building.
• Deep proficiency in BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Ability to structure ambiguous business questions into complete analytical approaches.
• Project management experience managing scope, timelines, and cross-functional coordination.

Nice to have

• Background in consumer products, retail, or e-commerce.
• Experience with advanced statistical methods, experimentation, or applied ML.
• Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks.
• Prior experience working directly with executive or senior leadership teams.
