What you will do
- Design and deploy AI-assisted workflows and agents to automate territory design and account assignment.
- Reengineer GTM headcount and capacity modeling processes connecting Finance, HR, and Sales data.
- Transition planning infrastructure from legacy spreadsheets to scalable code and AI-prompt workflows.
- Build lightweight integrations and automations connecting Salesforce, SQL databases, and internal Databricks tools.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Data Analytics, or a highly technical strategy role.
- AI-native mindset with a proactive approach to using LLMs, API integrations, and code to automate tasks.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for extracting and manipulating large data structures.
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools.
- Must be based in the US or Canada.
Nice to have
- Experience with BI tools.
- Experience with the Databricks platform.
