• Design and deploy AI-assisted workflows and agents to automate territory design and account assignment.
• Reengineer GTM headcount and capacity modeling processes connecting Finance, HR, and Sales data.
• Transition planning infrastructure from legacy spreadsheets to scalable code and AI-prompt workflows.
• Build lightweight integrations and automations connecting Salesforce, SQL databases, and internal Databricks tools.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Data Analytics, or a highly technical strategy role.
• AI-native mindset with a proactive approach to using LLMs, API integrations, and code to automate tasks.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for extracting and manipulating large data structures.
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
