What you will do

• Coordinate regional projects to identify and close performance gaps and test strategic directions.
• Lead long-term projects, establishing goals and tracking targets across all business segments.
• Develop yearly success indicators, measurement tracking, and business metric dashboards.
• Provide qualitative analytic support and financial data analysis for executive leadership.
• Manage project documentation, milestones, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Evaluate and improve business processes, recommending automations and new capability opportunities.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in an analytical or consultative role.
• Proven project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or authorized to work in the United States.
