Salary: $110,000 - $125,000

What you will do

• Develop metrics and KPIs to monitor data governance compliance and gauge program maturity.
• Define and implement data governance policies and standards to ensure data is accurate, secure, and reliable.
• Manage metadata for data and AI/ML models using the Enterprise Metadata Management Tool (Alation).
• Maintain data lineage, data dictionaries, and the data catalog for the Analytics Environment.
• Collaborate with data stewards and technical custodians to resolve data quality issues.
• Execute data retention and model risk management frameworks to mitigate legal and reputational risks.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of formal experience in Data Management, Data Governance, Risk, or Compliance.
• Hands-on experience with data management tools such as Alation, Informatica, or Collibra.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Management, or a related field.
• Must be eligible to work for hirify.global Corp. in Canada in a Full Time Capacity.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical issues to non-technical audiences.
