Salary: CA$130,000 – CA$150,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Define critical business questions and identify the decisions they will inform.
• Define key metrics, build reports, and run analyses to move business needles.
• Design and execute experiments to surface data insights for core product and business areas.
• Partner with product, growth, finance, and operations teams to provide actionable recommendations.
• Own the analytical function for an embedded business unit end-to-end.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth tech company.
• Strong analytical proficiency in SQL, Python, or Excel.
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and driving them to business outcomes.
• Ability to influence decisions at the leadership level through clear and persuasive communication.
• Must be based in Canada (Ontario).
