What you will do

• Provide account management and instruction for DME product use and application.
• Verify patient benefits, handle pre-authorization, and collect patient responsibility.
• Evaluate customer clinic needs and collaborate with sales and field teams to optimize DME inventory programs.
• Travel within territory to monitor inventory, track orders, and resolve issues.
• Serve as liaison between customers, hirify.global, and sales team.
• Adhere to compliance, ethics, and regulatory requirements including HIPAA.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years direct patient care experience, preferably in orthopedic, physical therapy, or athletic training.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Experience with multiple physicians in high-volume clinics and application of soft goods/functional bracing.
• Experience with inventory management and/or EMRs.
• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and ability to meet third-party credentialing for hospital access.
• Active professional credentials such as Athletic Training licensure, BOC, ABC CFo, or PTA.
