TL;DR

Marketing Coordinator (Marketing/Project Management): Coordinating internal and external marketing requests and executing multi-channel campaigns with an accent on content creation and project workflow management. Focus on developing compelling digital assets, ensuring quality assurance of marketing deliverables, and streamlining communication between Client Services and the marketing team.

Location: Hybrid in Cebu, Philippines. Must be eligible to work in the Philippines without sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external marketing requests and main liaison with Client Services.
  • Create compelling content for emails, banner ads, video scripts, and other digital assets aligned with client objectives.
  • Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, banner advertising, and widget-based initiatives.
  • Manage campaign workflows, production timelines, and quality standards using project management systems.
  • Perform thorough QA checks on all marketing assets to ensure accuracy and brand alignment.
  • Support continuous improvement of internal processes and assist in managing client escalations.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience, including project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Clear verbal and written communication for client and internal collaboration.
  • Must be eligible to work in the Philippines without sponsorship.
