What you will do

• Build and structure Google Search campaigns, ad groups, keywords, ads, and extensions following guidelines
• Perform basic optimizations on bids, keywords, and ads using performance data
• Monitor KPIs like CTR, CPC, conversions, and budget pacing; conduct routine checks and support A/B testing
• Process Zendesk tickets for campaign changes and optimizations; document all changes
• Update campaign data in CRM systems and handle administrative tasks
• Support basic tracking with Google Tag Manager and communicate with Austrian teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, IT/Technical, Journalism, Advertising, English, Marketing, Business, Creative Writing, or related field
• At least 2 years of hands-on Google Ads (Search) experience
• Strong understanding of campaign structures, keywords, ads, extensions, and SEA metrics
• Experience with ticketing systems like Zendesk and CRMs
• Comfortable with repetitive administrative tasks and structured processes
• Good English communication skills
• Basic understanding of tracking concepts (Google Tag Manager is a plus)
