What you will do

  • Manage project data using Oracle ERP, including setup, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Oversee customer agreements, billing events, milestones, and expenditure tracking for assigned projects.
  • Coordinate across functions to ensure appropriate revenue recognition for Non-recurrent Engineering (NRE) and prototype sales.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, managing scope changes and escalating issues as needed.
  • Provide regular status updates to sales, operations, quality, and finance teams.
  • Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintain project documentation according to PMO guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an engineering project management, administrator, or coordinator role.
  • Proficiency with project management applications and ERP systems.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Alden, NY.
