English Tutor/Trainer

What you will do

• Conduct one-on-one and group English training sessions.
• Develop customized lesson plans and learning materials.
• Coach on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, accent clarity, and CRO/tech terminology.
• Lead workshops on English grammar, communication, presentations, and public speaking.
• Track progress, provide assessments, adapt methods, and share weekly reports.
• Schedule lessons, collaborate with HR and department heads.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or related field.
• 2–3 years as ESL instructor, preferably Eastern Europe or Asia.
• CEFR C2-level English fluency.
• Independent, accountable, professional.
• Strong interpersonal skills, creativity, adaptability.
• Attention to detail, growth mindset.
• 40 hours/week with partial overlap to 1 ET; flexibility required.

Nice to have

• HR or employee development experience.
• Teaching presentations/public speaking.
• Basic web development terminology (HTML).
