What you will do

• Run detailed qualification processes, relationship mapping, and develop action plans for opportunities
• Establish win themes and value propositions, coordinating end-to-end tender responses and project management
• Develop detailed project plans, manage cross-functional teams, and create tailored proposals and pitch decks
• Coordinate rehearsals and presentations, assess risks, and develop mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with marketing and experts to produce client-focused content reinforcing brand messaging
• Conduct post-bid analysis, provide feedback, and support team development with best practices

Requirements

• Proven track record in coordinating and winning complex private market bids
• Project and bid management skills or qualifications with demonstrated success
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to build relationships across the business
• Strong organization skills to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Advanced MS Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
