What you will do

• Lead and facilitate bid strategy sessions, kick-off meetings, workshops, and senior review panels.
• Interpret complex client requirements and translate them into winning strategies and compliant responses.
• Coach and mentor junior bid managers and writers within the team.
• Oversee the production of compelling, well-structured responses that differentiate the company offering.
• Collaborate with directors, subject matter experts, and delivery teams to define win themes and value propositions.
• Manage multiple complex bids simultaneously, ensuring consistency, compliance, and quality.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in bid management within construction, engineering, or major infrastructure projects.
• Exceptional writing skills and the ability to craft compelling, client-focused submissions.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end bid processes for high-value or technically complex projects.
• A degree in a relevant subject (e.g., English, marketing, engineering, or construction) or equivalent experience.
• DBS Check Required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Professional certification or formal bid management training (e.g., APMP Practitioner or higher).
