Location: Onsite at Westborough, MA, United States. Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled information (U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, or protected individuals).

Salary: $143,400–$212,230 per annum

What you will do

• Develop embedded C-based firmware solutions to enable a range of customer memory configurations.
• Integrate and support third-party DDR PHY initialization firmware within hirify.global's SDK.
• Develop memory diagnostic and eye margin assessment tools.
• Evaluate methods and develop controls to optimize memory performance and support RAS objectives.
• Validate memory controller features on new SOCs and support new product bring-up.
• Provide firmware & diagnostic support for application teams and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields with 5-10 years of professional experience OR Master’s degree with 3-5 years of experience.
• Proficiency in C and strong background in computer architecture.
• Experience with embedded/bare-metal firmware development.
• Exposure to DDR-based memory sub-systems (LPDDR and HBM is a plus).
• Experience with various microcontrollers, Linux/RTOS environments, and firmware debugging tools.
• Proficiency with version control workflows (e.g., Git).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
