Location: Based full time at hirify.global's Miami HQ in the Bay Harbor Islands, FL

What you will do

  • Manage the full property accounting month-end close process and support overall company financial closing.
  • Analyze financial data and perform detailed reviews of monthly property owner reports.
  • Coordinate internal tax preparation for real estate entities and work with third-party tax advisors and auditors.
  • Run cash forecast models and monitor cash hirify.global in partnership with the finance team.
  • Manage loan payments, loan compliance, and retail tenant escalation calculations including CAM and taxes.
  • Coordinate with property management teams to resolve tenant billing and collection issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • 7+ years of accounting experience, including specific experience in real estate accounting and analytics.
  • Deep knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for real estate property.
  • Proficiency with Excel and G-Suite.
  • Must be based full time at hirify.global's Miami HQ in the Bay Harbor Islands, FL.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency with Yardi, NetSuite, or Intacct.
