Salary: $136,000 — $187,000 CAD

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance full-stack solutions for identity security at enterprise scale.
• Partner with product managers and designers to implement cutting-edge phishing-resistant authenticators.
• Translate complex user needs into robust technical solutions for diverse CIAM environments.
• Champion code quality and maintainability through automated testing and CI/CD practices.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in identity and security to contribute innovative product ideas.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on backend or full-stack engineering.
• Deep proficiency in Java, including OOP, multithreading, and performance optimization.
• Experience with a modern frontend framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Proven ability to build scalable distributed systems and RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth, OIDC, SAML) and secure coding practices.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Nice to have

• Experience with phishing-resistant authentications such as Passkeys or hirify.global FastPass.
