What you will do

  • Facilitate full-cycle onboarding for new employees and contractors, including documentation validation, equipment procurement, and system access setup.
  • Handle offboarding processes, exit interviews, security protocols, and records management.
  • Perform initial data entry into ERP systems, process I-9s and Payroll Status Requests with compliance focus.
  • Support HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition with reporting, reorganizations, interview scheduling, and emergency systems management.
  • Monitor associate referrals, manage exception cases, and coordinate high-volume organizational changes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years as HR Generalist
  • 3+ years in Recruiting or Talent Acquisition support
  • Advanced proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar) and Active Directory
  • Proven high-volume data entry and payroll status updates
  • Strong understanding of HR workflows, communication skills, and ability to multitask
