What you will do

• Perform wafer-level characterizations on semiconductor devices (MOSFET, Diode, Resistor, Capacitor, BJT) and basic circuits.
• Design layout structures to evaluate new processes and debug design or manufacturing issues.
• Analyze device silicon data for testchip projects and NPI yield debug.
• Report technical findings to cross-functional teams.
• Support new fab process bring-up and design database tapeout.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Material Science, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of solid-state physics and semiconductor device physics.
• Strong knowledge of statistics, including probability theory, sampling, and confidence intervals.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a multi-tasking mode.
