What you will do

• Own end-to-end AI delivery projects including discovery, design, build, deployment, QA, and optimization across EMEA
• Design virtual agent solutions using flow-based, prompt-based, and hybrid architectures
• Manage multiple customer implementations, timelines, risks, and stakeholder alignment
• Translate business objectives into conversational AI for sales, retention, service use cases
• Deliver Opera Enablement Program to empower customers to build their own AI models
• Contribute to documentation, standards, and scalable methodologies while partnering with North America teams

Requirements

• Strong communication to influence technical and business stakeholders
• Project management experience handling complex workstreams
• 2+ years in conversational design, AI, bot development, or related
• Experience presenting to enterprise executives and working with customers
• Ability to own deliverables in fast-paced environment
