Facility Coordinator

What you will do

• Coordinate daily operations for office and lab spaces as primary onsite point of contact for facilities issues
• Manage vendors for maintenance, repairs, cleaning, security, waste, and lab support services
• Handle preventative maintenance, ad hoc repairs, utilities, equipment coordination, and EHS compliance
• Assist with space management, employee moves, minor projects, inspections, audits, and regulatory compliance
• Track work orders, service requests, vendor performance, budgets, invoices, and purchase requests
• Partner with regional facilities leadership on standards, reporting, and site initiatives

Requirements

• 3-5 years of facilities coordination or operations experience
• Experience supporting both office and lab environments (strongly preferred)
• Familiarity with vendor management and service contracts
• Basic understanding of workplace safety and facilities compliance
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with CMMS or ticketing systems (preferred)
