What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end service contract lifecycle, from proposal creation to renewal.
• Analyze contract profitability and generate monthly KPI reports using Power-BI.
• Prepare and submit tender proposals to customer platforms.
• Maintain accurate contract data in SAP, including warranty tracking and equipment decommissioning.
• Review Master Service Agreement terms to ensure alignment with company guidelines.
• Act as an SAP Key User and subject matter expert for the service team.

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore.
• 3-5 years of experience in service coordination or customer service roles.
• Diploma holder in any discipline.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently and as part of a team.
