What you will do

• Develop computer vision algorithms for object detection, tracking, action recognition, segmentation, image classification, and video understanding.
• Design end-to-end computer vision systems meeting functional, performance, and scalability requirements.
• Collaborate with data engineers on annotation schemas, labeling taxonomies, and data validation for large-scale image/video datasets.
• Train, fine-tune, and optimize computer vision models using deep learning frameworks.
• Evaluate model performance, optimize for real-time inference and deployment, and integrate into production systems.
• Conduct testing, validation, documentation, and stay updated on computer vision advancements while considering ethical implications.

Requirements

• Proven experience developing computer vision algorithms and models in real-world applications.
• Proficiency in Python or C++ and strong understanding of image/video processing.
• Hands-on with OpenCV, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and annotated datasets for model training.
• Ability to evaluate/optimize models using metrics, plus strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related; 2+ years applied experience in computer vision or multimodal AI.

Nice to have

• Experience with Vision-Language Models (VLMs), multimodal learning, or generative AI for vision.
• Knowledge of RabbitMQ, gRPC, REST APIs, distributed training, or model optimization (ONNX, TensorRT).
