What you will do

• Design and build high-quality datasets for LLM pre-training and fine-tuning.
• Apply advanced model alignment techniques to ensure safe and reliable language model outputs.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deploy AI solutions to millions of users.
• Perform data annotation, validation, and quality reviews to maintain high standards.
• Refine annotation workflows and provide feedback to improve overall data processes.
• Translate complex business needs into effective, production-ready AI models.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in LLM, Deep Learning, NLP, or related AI fields.
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or Tensorflow.
• Practical experience deploying deep learning models into production environments.
• Must hold a Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Alicloud or Tencent.

Nice to have

• Understanding of Bahasa Indonesia.
