TL;DR
Data Scientist (Computer Vision & AI) (Deep Learning/FinTech): Building and deploying scalable deep learning models for computer vision, voice, and text processing in financial products with an accent on production deployment, GPU optimization, and model evaluation. Focus on designing end-to-end AI solutions, benchmarking model quality, and developing computer vision models for KYC systems.
Location: Singapore; hybrid workplace

What you will do
- Work with images, videos, audio, and text data.
- Design, train, optimize, and deploy GPU-based deep learning models.
- Develop unit tests and technical documentation while evaluating and benchmarking model performance.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and analytical solutions in collaboration with business and engineering teams.
- Own the end-to-end process from defining technical problems through production deployment.
- Track developments in deep learning and AI technologies.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in deep learning, particularly computer vision, voice, and text processing.
- Experience with data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and optimization.
- Practical experience applying deep learning to business problems and deploying models in production.
- Proficiency with PyTorch and working knowledge of Python, C++, and inference engines such as NCNN.
- Experience with GCP or AWS.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to write clear technical documentation.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of Android or iOS.
