What you will do

• Develop, train, and validate SOTA models for computer vision tasks, including detection, segmentation, and classification.
• Write highly efficient, scalable, and production-ready Python code using the PyTorch framework.
• Optimize models for high-performance inference on diverse hardware using TensorRT, OpenVINO, and ONNX.
• Manage large-scale datasets and implement advanced data augmentation strategies.
• Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions for automated model training and benchmarking.
• Contribute to open-source repositories and support the global community with documentation and tutorials.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or a similar role.
• Deep expertise in Python and PyTorch.
• Proven experience with computer vision and understanding of Transformers and CNN architectures.
• Hands-on experience with model optimization (quantization, pruning) and deployment frameworks (TensorRT, ONNX Runtime).
• Proficiency with CUDA programming for GPU acceleration.
• Strong background in MLOps practices, including Docker and GitHub Actions.
