• 12+ years of experience shipping complex, enterprise-grade software
• Expertise in modern backend stacks: Go, Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS
• Strong product intuition and outcome-driven mindset focused on business impact
• Ability to navigate ambiguous ideas into production-ready solutions through influence and clarity
