TL;DR

Client Onboarding & Training Specialist (Legal Tech): Designing, developing, and scaling high-impact onboarding and training programs that drive product adoption and customer success with an accent on strategic program ownership and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on building scalable learning experiences, leveraging data for continuous improvement, and aligning initiatives with business outcomes.

Location: Hybrid in Cape Town - Foreshore, South Africa. Must have the legal right to live and work in South Africa

What you will do

  • Lead development and execution of onboarding and training strategies to drive adoption and retention across customer segments like law firms and enterprises.
  • Design scalable onboarding programs for complex implementations including data migrations and product transitions.
  • Act as product SME, partnering with Product, Sales, and Customer Support for launches and enablement.
  • Create engaging LMS-based content and learning paths using instructional design principles.
  • Define and track KPIs, using data and feedback to improve programs continuously.
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in onboarding operations, ideally in SaaS or legal tech
  • Experience building and scaling onboarding workflows and processes.
  • Strong instructional design and learning program development skills.
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms, content tools (Camtasia, Articulate, Loom), and delivery tools (Zoom, WebEx).
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to define and track KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
