Location: Hybrid in Cape Town - Foreshore, South Africa. Must have the legal right to live and work in South Africa

What you will do
- Lead development and execution of onboarding and training strategies to drive adoption and retention across customer segments like law firms and enterprises.
- Design scalable onboarding programs for complex implementations including data migrations and product transitions.
- Act as product SME, partnering with Product, Sales, and Customer Support for launches and enablement.
- Create engaging LMS-based content and learning paths using instructional design principles.
- Define and track KPIs, using data and feedback to improve programs continuously.
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years in onboarding operations, ideally in SaaS or legal tech
- Experience building and scaling onboarding workflows and processes.
- Strong instructional design and learning program development skills.
- Proficiency with LMS platforms, content tools (Camtasia, Articulate, Loom), and delivery tools (Zoom, WebEx).
- Data-driven mindset with ability to define and track KPIs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
