Location: Onsite at Northriding Primary School, South Africa. Valid Police Clearance, ID/Passport, SACE registration, and Work Permit (if applicable) required.

What you will do

• Design and deliver engaging enquiry-based Math and Science lessons supported by technology.
• Observe, coach, and mentor Apprentice Teachers as a model educator.
• Set ambitious goals, assess student progress, and adjust instruction based on data.
• Participate in professional development, feedback meetings, and collaborative teams.
• Communicate with parents and contribute to co-curricular activities.
• Fulfill supervision duties including some mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements

• SACE registered with Bachelor’s in Education (B.Ed) or Bachelor’s + PGCE (Intermediate Phase)
• Classroom experience teaching Mathematics and Science in Intermediate Phase
• Ability to lead a classroom independently, including practicals.
• Valid Police Clearance (no older than 6 months), ID Copy/Passport, SACE certificate.
• Work Permit if applicable.
• Passion for enquiry-based, student-centered learning and technology integration.

Nice to have

• Experience/understanding of Cambridge curriculum objectives.
• Experience teaching ICT in classroom.
