• Architect core platform capabilities for next-generation applications, owning the big picture for scalability, resilience, and elegance in distributed systems.
• Lead high-level design discussions to resolve complex trade-offs and establish rigorous engineering best practices.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product and Design to translate business goals into executable technical roadmaps.
• Mentor senior engineers, fostering technical curiosity and high-performance execution to multiply team talent.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience shipping complex, enterprise-grade software, with perspective on system lifecycles.
• Expertise in modern backend stacks: Go, Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS, focusing on APIs, platform-first design, and secure SaaS architectures.
• Strong product intuition to drive business impact and solve customer pain points.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, turning ideas into production realities through influence and clarity.
