Salary: $115,000 - $155,000

What you will do

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for hirify.global, CoinDesk Data & Indices, and Consensus.
• Create and manage editorial calendars for LinkedIn and X (Twitter).
• Produce engaging copy, visuals, and video snippets tailored for institutional and Web3 audiences.
• Execute personalized growth strategies to enhance the professional social media presence of public-facing executives.
• Analyze performance metrics and leverage data to optimize social strategy and drive results.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, PR, Events, and Product teams to ensure consistent storytelling.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in social media management with a track record of measurable impact.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and X (Twitter) dynamics and executive presence growth.
• Excellent writing and editorial skills for institutional, financial, and crypto-native audiences.
• Proficiency with social publishing and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Must be based in New York and able to work onsite.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in financial services, fintech, or digital assets/crypto.
• Experience managing event-driven social media campaigns.
• Graphic design or video editing skills (Adobe Suite, Canva).
• Experience working across multiple geographies and timezones.
