Lead UX Designer (Product Design)

Location: Remote — EMEA (Open to applicants in Europe, the Middle East and Africa)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end UX direction across client engagements to create intuitive and scalable experiences.
• Collaborate with UX, design, and engineering teams to define scope and make user-centric tradeoffs.
• Translate ambiguous business goals into clear user journeys, IA, and interaction models.
• Facilitate alignment between client stakeholders and internal teams through workshops and actionable deliverables.
• Design within CMS structures, specifically utilizing content models, templates, and reusable blocks (WordPress).

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing digital products and leading UX for complex web and mobile experiences.
• Hands-on experience working with content management systems, with WordPress strongly preferred.
• Ability to bring structure and momentum to ambiguous environments without overcomplicating processes.
• Proven track record of shipping polished UX that improves usability, engagement, or conversion.
• Strong collaboration skills for building relationships with clients, product teams, and engineers.
• Must be based in Europe, the Middle East, or Africa (EMEA).
