UX & Product Design Lead (Cloud Infrastructure)

Location: Europe, ideally within CET ±3 hours; fully remote.

What you will do

• Shape the UX of products used by developers around the world.
• Turn complex cloud infrastructure and technical capabilities into simple, intuitive experiences.
• Work with product managers and engineers from early product ideas through polished experiences.
• Build scalable design systems, patterns, and standards for usability, accessibility, and product design.
• Lead user research, define personas, speak with customers, and use feedback to guide product decisions.
• Prototype, experiment with AI and modern design tools, run design workshops, and mentor designers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in UX, product design, or a similar role.
• Experience designing cloud infrastructure or products for developers.
• Confidence designing for technical users, especially developers.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative user research.
• Ability to translate technical complexity into intuitive experiences and create reusable design patterns.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, including working with engineers and explaining design decisions to leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience building design systems, component libraries, or design tokens.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Angular.
• Experience designing APIs, cloud platforms, infrastructure, security products, or developer tools.
• Experience using AI for research, prototyping, or product design.
• Experience mentoring designers or scaling design practices in a product organization.
