Salary: $134,400.00 to $201,500.00

What you will do
- Own the EOL and obsolescence management process for all electronic, electromechanical, and custom components.
- Develop run-out analyses and last-time buy (LTB) recommendations aligned with product roadmaps and forecast demand.
- Partner with Engineering to evaluate alternate components and align redesign timelines with component lifecycle risk.
- Collaborate with Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure lifecycle decisions support compliance and documentation requirements.
- Establish and continuously improve standardized processes to strengthen visibility of lifecycle risks over a 12–36-month horizon.
- Negotiate with international suppliers to influence LTB deadlines and product availability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Component Engineering.
- No immigration sponsorship required now or in the future (e.g., H1B, TN, STEM, OPT).
- Experience in medical devices, electronics manufacturing, or other regulated industries.
- Familiarity with ERP, PLM, and lifecycle tracking tools.
- Strong analytical and data management skills for inventory analysis and scenario modeling.
