Salary: $70,000–$80,000

What you will do

• Manage production timelines and internal KPIs to ensure on-time project completion.
• Lead project development from studio concept to finished goods, aligning with vision, budget, and specifications.
• Conduct strategic negotiations and maintain relationships with suppliers in Asia, Europe, and North America.
• Coordinate large-scale order volumes, multi-sourcing, and monitor component stock levels.
• Define and uphold product quality expectations and resolve QC incidents with suppliers.
• Provide technical leadership in manufacturing materials and techniques to foster innovation.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in product development, manufacturing, or project management.
• Strong technical knowledge of plastic injection molding, paper, and cardboard production.
• Proven ability to independently manage complex projects and multi-sourcing coordination.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in collectible trading card or plastic miniature production.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies, or PMP certification.
• Knowledge of the gaming industry.
