What you will do

• Deliver high-quality operational support across FOO’s five core pillars: Investment Platform Management, Portfolio/Cash Monitoring, Trade Implementation, Client/Product Lifecycle, and Regulatory/Policy Implementation.
• Execute precise trade entry and transaction processes as directed by investment teams.
• Partner with Portfolio Managers, Trading, Technology, and Client Services to resolve complex issues and drive automation projects.
• Produce, validate, and analyze critical datasets for actionable insights to Front Office teams.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies at transaction, position, and security levels to ensure data integrity.
• Design and develop reports, presentations, and data models to support Trading and Investment Teams.

Requirements

• College degree in Finance or Economics preferred
• Solid understanding of various asset classes (Fixed-Income, Equity)
• Knowledge of investment business, buy-side processes, and investment products
• Experience in front office applications preferred (Aladdin, CRD, Bloomberg)
• Aptitude for rapid adaptation to new systems/software
