What you will do

• Own connector and service integration layer powering AI workflows across the company.
• Design and ship execution environments for agents and autonomous AI workflows with isolation and access controls.
• Build reusable platform services, golden paths, and self-service templates reducing setup friction for teams.
• Productize onboarding for developers and non-developers without manual intervention.
• Define standards for agent execution, evaluation loops, deployment, reliability, and observability.
• Partner with Security and IT on deployable patterns for higher-risk AI capabilities and governance layer including access controls and audit trails.

Requirements

• 8+ years in software, platform, infrastructure, or adjacent engineering roles
• Hands-on experience building agentic AI systems: LLM-powered workflows, tool-calling agents, evaluation loops using frameworks like Claude SDK, LangGraph
• Direct experience with GCP
• Strong experience with APIs, auth, OAuth, secrets, CLI tooling, deployment patterns
• Cloud-native systems: containers, Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code
• Experience implementing AI governance: access boundaries, audit logging, approval workflows
• Comfortable in fast-moving startup-like and structured compliance environments
• Excellent communication across engineering, security, and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have

• Shipped production agentic systems with external tool access
• Experience with Google Agent Engine or equivalent
• AI-native coding environments like Cursor, Claude Code
• Agent sandboxing, isolation, evaluation frameworks
• Self-service developer platforms or golden paths
• Startup experience in fintech or regulated environments
