Salary: $216,000 – $240,000 USD

What you will do

• Own the executive travel operating model, including support workflows, SLA management, and program governance.
• Lead high-touch executive travel support for complex commercial travel globally, ensuring confidentiality and safety.
• Manage procurement processes for executive travel, supplier engagement, and spend visibility.
• Oversee employee travel support, TMC service delivery (Navan), and Guest T&E programs for candidates and new hires.
• Build reporting and data routines for tax compliance, supplier performance, and operational risk.
• Implement AI tools to improve travel support workflows, triage, analytics, and policy interpretation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in travel, executive operations, expense, sourcing, or finance operations.
• High AI fluency with a demonstrated ability to use AI tools to create scalable operating leverage.
• Strong understanding of global travel disruptions, destination risk, and supplier performance.
• Experience managing data flows across procurement, finance, tax, and reporting platforms.
• Ability to handle confidential executive travel information and sensitive traveler data.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to San Francisco, CA.
