What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of partnerships from identifying and prioritizing partners to negotiating and closing complex agreements.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape how connectors, agents, and third-party workflows function inside ChatGPT and Codex.
• Develop ecosystem relationships to drive deeper engagement across distribution, co-marketing, and product innovation.
• Translate commercial needs, technical constraints, and market dynamics into product recommendations and go-to-market plans.
• Structure ambiguous opportunities and align internal and external workstreams to drive aggressive timelines.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product partnerships, product management, or developer relations.
• Demonstrated success in structuring and negotiating complex commercial and technical deals.
• Strong technical judgment and experience building ecosystems for emerging products.
• Exceptional communication, structured thinking, and program management skills.
• Ability to thrive and operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
