Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year plus productivity-based compensation

What you will do

• Conduct site inspections to determine the cause, origin, and extent of structural damage.
• Evaluate failure modes and contributing factors for damages from storms, fires, explosions, and design defects.
• Develop clear, well-supported technical conclusions and high-quality reports.
• Manage professional communications with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Drive project resolution to ensure deliverables exceed customer expectations and standards.
• Contribute to the improvement of internal forensic processes and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Oklahoma (or eligibility by reciprocity).
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Ability to perform fieldwork, including roof inspections and working in confined spaces.
• Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel locally, regionally, and nationally.

Nice to have

• Master of Science Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Experience as an Expert Witness.
• 2+ years of forensic engineering experience.
