Senior Product Manager (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Drive the development and management of Salesforce/CRM capabilities for Customer Care and Marketing.
• Manage project prioritization and business requirements using Agile methodologies.
• Own parts of the CRM product lifecycle and support the long-term product roadmap.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop use cases and personalized messaging processes.
• Manage integrations with digital functions including ERP, OMS, and ecommerce.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, bug tracking, and UAT coordination.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of Product Management experience and 4+ years of Salesforce experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a technical field.
• Deep understanding of customer care, call center processes, and lead management.
• Experience with declarative Salesforce development and configuration.
• Must not require immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (3+ days a week in office).

Nice to have

• Experience as a customer-facing consultant for a Salesforce professional services team.
• Active Salesforce Certifications (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
