What you will do

• Partner with sales leaders and business units to translate user needs into a clear product vision and roadmap.
• Own and prioritize the Product Backlog based on business value, user impact, and platform health.
• Refine epics into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria and champion Salesforce best practices.
• Integrate Agentforce, Data Cloud, and headless AI to enhance the seller experience across various channels.
• Define success metrics and measure adoption, pipeline accuracy, and win rates post-launch.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Reveals, and Retrospectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Digital Product Owner or Product Manager leading Salesforce delivery.
• Strong ability to translate long-term company goals into a technical Salesforce Roadmap.
• Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, including lead-to-opportunity flow, forecasting, and account management.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, or Rally.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) certification from Scrum Alliance.
• Salesforce certifications, particularly Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Agentforce, or Data Cloud.
