What you will do

• Lead market and competitive intelligence for assigned product portfolios.
• Manage the win/loss program to derive clear recommendations for stakeholders.
• Develop buyer personas, Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), and customer journey maps.
• Collaborate with Product teams to influence roadmap priorities and packaging.
• Conduct client research through interviews, surveys, and feedback analysis.
• Deliver actionable insights to Product, Sales, and Executive teams.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in product marketing, market research, or strategy.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Proven ability to use AI tools to accelerate research and competitive analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for translating interviews into insights.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, nonprofit, or association sectors.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce, Asana, Klue, Clozd, Gong, Pendo, Claude, or Microsoft Co-Pilot.
