What you will do

• Maintain deep, current knowledge of assigned products, roadmaps, integrations, and constraints.
• Own functional competitive intelligence, analyzing features, workflows, and tradeoffs.
• Analyze customer needs, buying contexts, regulatory considerations, and product positioning within assigned segments.
• Drive product-led customer marketing utilizing usage analytics and in-product insights via Pendo.
• Support Enablement, PMM, and Knowledge Management teams with product insights, demos, and narratives.
• Synthesize and operationalize feedback from customers and prospects to improve the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience with usage analytics and in-product insight tools (e.g., Pendo).
• Ability to conduct deep competitive intelligence and market segment analysis.
• Must pass a background check and identity verification process.
