What you will do

• Lead scrum teams as the Product Owner, providing vision and direction to Agile developers and stakeholders.
• Plan and prioritize the product feature backlog, including stories, epics, and themes, based on business value and ROI.
• Define the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities in close collaboration with Product Management.
• Liaise with 3rd party vendors to manage and implement external tool integrations.
• Lead product release planning and set clear expectations for the delivery of new functionalities.
• Conduct research and analysis of users, market trends, and competitors to inform the product roadmap.

• Creative thinking and a strong vision for product development.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Bitola, North Macedonia.
