What you will do

• Lead and develop engineering capabilities across enterprise integration, data engineering, and GenAI, managing senior technical leaders.
• Set the strategic direction for integration and AI in line with business priorities and regulatory obligations.
• Develop event-driven and data streaming solutions, focusing on API patterns and reusable engineering standards.
• Oversee data engineering capabilities including ingestion, transformation, governance, and security.
• Drive the design and adoption of GenAI engineering platforms and integrate AI solutions into products and services.
• Collaborate with product teams, infrastructure, and info-sec to deliver scalable and resilient solutions.

Requirements

• Strong leadership experience in senior engineering roles managing multiple specialist disciplines.
• Technical credibility in integration architecture, event-driven systems, data engineering, and platform architecture.
• Experience with data platforms such as Snowflake and SQL-based environments.
• Understanding of Generative AI and LLM engineering patterns for enterprise application.
• Proven track record of translating business goals into engineering roadmaps.
• Experience working in a regulated environment, ideally within financial services.
