What you will do

• Own all email campaign builds, scheduling, QA, and sends within Marketo.
• Establish email marketing standards, templates, and governance across outbound programs.
• Develop A/B and multivariate testing infrastructure for subject lines, CTAs, and content.
• Monitor email deliverability, manage IP/domain health, and ensure legal compliance (GDPR/CAN-SPAM).
• Build multi-touch nurture and drip programs across the full buyer journey.
• Manage Sales/SDR email sequences in Outreach to align with marketing nurtures.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations or email marketing.
• Expert-level proficiency in Marketo (smart campaigns, segmentation, tokens).
• Experience with Outreach or similar sales engagement platforms.
• Strong knowledge of email deliverability and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL).
• Proficiency in database segmentation and list hygiene.
• Must be based in Sofia, Bulgaria for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) certification.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template editing.
• Background in B2B SaaS.
