What you will do

• Perform system installation, calibration, retrofit, training, and troubleshooting.
• Escalate customer production problems and own resolution until fixed.
• Develop relationships with customers and work on issue prevention.
• Create and implement support plans with cross-functional teams to reduce equipment downtime and costs.
• Execute with internal support teams to meet customer commitments.
• Transfer application knowledge from specifier team to customer production support during releases.

Requirements

• Degree in electronics engineering or related field.
• Experience working with customers in the semi-test area.
• Good working attitude and willingness to work under high pressure with changing requirements.

Nice to have

• Testing or ATE experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience in handler/prober hardware docking integration.
