What you will do

• Perform system installation, calibration, retrofit, training, and troubleshooting.
• Take ownership of customer production problems and escalate issues until they are fully resolved.
• Create and implement support plans in conjunction with cross-functional groups to reduce equipment downtime.
• Manage the transfer of application knowledge from specifier teams to production support during release phases.
• Provide technical expertise across hardware and software to manage production issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis through programming debugging.

Requirements

• Degree in electronics engineering or a related field.
• Experience working with customers in the semi-test area.
• Ability to work under high pressure and adapt to constant requirement changes.

Nice to have

• Experience with ATE (Automatic Test Equipment).
• Fluency in English.
• Experience in handler/prober H/W docking integration.
