ServiceNow Technical Consultant (ServiceNow): Design, configure, and deploy ServiceNow solutions using best practices with an accent on integrations, application development, and platform security. Location: Escazú, Costa Rica; Guadalajara, Mexico; Belo Horizonte, Brazil; Medellin, Colombia; Bogota, Colombia (hybrid work model)

What you will do
- Design, configure, and deploy ServiceNow solutions using best practices and out-of-the-box capabilities
- Lead technical direction for integrations and application development initiatives
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver reliable resolutions
- Ensure platform integrity, security, and performance across environments
- Mentor developers and contribute to project scoping, architecture, and delivery excellence
Requirements
- Degree in IT or equivalent experience with strong stakeholder collaboration skills
- Solid understanding of ITIL, CMDB (including health/remediation), and data models like CSDM
- Experience with ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Angular, HTML/CSS, Jelly)
- Strong problem-solving mindset with excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams with a proactive attitude
- Advanced English level
Nice to have
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-DISCO, CIS-SAM, CIS-HAM)
- Experience leading teams or mentoring developers
- Knowledge of platform security and integration best practices
- Familiarity with Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
